Interpreters

We want to make sure that the services we provide are accessible to all sections of the communities we serve and are committed to ensuring effective communication with patients, their relatives and carers.

We want to help you in the best way we can. We respect your culture and language. We will engage with you in the way you prefer. It can be by text, email, in person, video call or something else.

We provide qualified BSL/English interpreters, Deaf intra-lingual interpreters, and any other language (signed or spoken) interpreters and/or translators to ensure that all patients, relative and carers have access to all information.

We also provide accessible documents such as leaflets, care plans and any other information.
