How do I book shifts?
Booking shifts is easy. Once you become a member of our Staff Bank, you will receive instructions on how to download our Bank Booking App where you will be able to view and book shifts via your mobile phone.
Will I be provided with a uniform?
If you are joining us in a clinical role, you will be given scrubs and the necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) that is required for the area you are working in.
I have previously worked for the Trust, can I re-join the Staff Bank?
If you have previously worked for the Trust and it was agreed with your line manager that you would remain on our Staff Bank after leaving, then you will be able to book shifts without completing the pre-employment checks again.
How often do I have to work to remain on the Staff Bank?
We ask that you work at least one shift every 12 months to keep your membership active.
