A new online directory has been launched to help people across Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth find local health, wellbeing and community support more easily.
Explore the new directory
The resource, is part of our Trust's Know who to turn to campaign, and brings together information on a wide range of support, including wellbeing groups, support for carers, and practical advice on everyday challenges. The aim is to make it simpler for people to identify the right support at the right time and raise awareness of support available beyond the NHS.
Created in partnership
The directory has been created in collaboration with voluntary, community and social care partners across South West London. Over recent weeks, local groups and organisations have been encouraged to share their details, helping to create a comprehensive signposting tool for local people.
As a live resource, the directory will be updated regularly and organisations are being encouraged to sign up ongoing.
Download and share our campaign resources
The new directory sits alongside our Trust’s wider winter campaign, Know who to turn to, which is designed to improve access and awareness of mental health and wellbeing support available across South West London.
Campaign materials include printable and digital resources that can be used by healthcare professionals, community leaders and local organisations to help people understand what support is available, including both urgent and non-urgent NHS support, and community support available beyond the NHS.
Resources and further information about the campaign can be downloaded via the campaign webpage.
