Accessing the right support at the right time

The campaign is all about supporting improved access to both urgent and non-urgent mental health services, ensuring that people across our communities know where to turn when they or someone they know needs help. This includes:

  • Nonโ€‘urgent support, such as GPs, NHS Talking Therapies, Every Mind Matters and online support for young people through Togetherall.
  • Urgent mental health support, including NHS 111, the South West London Mental Health Crisis Line, CAMHS Crisis Line, and outโ€‘ofโ€‘hours Recovery Cafés (also known as crisis cafés)
  • Emergency support: 999 or local A&E, if someone’s life is at risk
