Looking for a fun way to make a difference? From running a 10K or taking on a swim challenge to hosting a bake sale or themed fundraiser, there are so many ways to support our Trust Charity and help improve mental health recovery across our local communities.

Whether you take on a personal challenge, organise a fundraiser with friends, or simply want to give back, your support will help improve mental health recovery across our local communities. Every pound raised helps us support patients, carers, and families, and we’ll be here to help you make the most of your fundraising whatever you choose to do.
