This course is designed to provide a basic understanding of stress, it’s causes and effects, and to help students identify techniques to better manage stress.
These short courses is designed to introduce students to journaling. It will then provide a simple start to writing a journal and finally provide a selection of prompts to help give inspiration.

In this course we will look at what good sleep is, and how our sleep patterns change though our lives. We will investigate the common causes of sleep problems and what can be done to treat them.
