Togetherall: New online support for young people in South West London

green and yellow shapes with the words 'Togetherall'.

Our Trust is proud to introduce Togetherall, a new online support service available to all residents aged 16 and over across South West London, including Kingston, Richmond, Wandsworth, Merton, Sutton, and Croydon.

Togetherall offers a safe, welcoming space for people to look after their mental health and wellbeing. It can be especially helpful for those who are waiting for support, between sessions, or simply not ready to access face-to-face services.

Through Togetherall, residents can benefit from:

  • 24/7 access to a supportive community – an anonymous, peer-to-peer network where people can connect and share experiences.
  • Professional clinical moderation – ensuring conversations are safe, respectful and guided by trained mental health professionals.
  • Self-guided tools and resources – including courses and materials on managing anxiety, low mood, stress, and improving sleep.

Accessible at any time, on any device, Togetherall provides flexible support that fits into people’s lives, empowering them to take positive steps for their mental wellbeing.

You may want to direct someone to Togetherall if they are:

  •   A resident aged 16+ in South West London looking to share what they’re going through or connect with others who understand
  • In need of anonymous support and may feel uncomfortable with face-to-face conversations
  • Waiting for counselling or therapy and would benefit from support in the meantime
  • Already in treatment but looking for additional tools or support between sessions.

Signposting someone to Togetherall is simple. Just direct them to: togetherall.com/swlondon

Registration only takes a few minutes, and support is available immediately.

Use this service in your conversations, signposting pathways, or local engagement work to help more people take a first step toward mental wellbeing.
