Aiden has now been safely returned to Springfield Hospital following the appeal for information.
Police are appealing to the public to help locate a vulnerable 34-year-old man called Aiden who has been missing for four days after he went on leave from Springfield Hospital on Tuesday 22 April.
The safety of our patients, staff and community is our top priority and we are currently working with the police to ensure Aiden’s safe return.
Aiden was wearing a black and brown hooded tracksuit with grey boots, at the time, and may be wearing a distinctively patterned multi-coloured hat. He is 6ft 6ins and of slim build.
The police believe there may have been a sighting yesterday in the Sutton and Cheam area and in central London near the London Eye.
The police are encouraging anyone who has seen Aiden not to approach him but to call them on 101 and quote the reference 7628/22Apr.
