Pauline Davis-Peart, the Lead Administrator for the CAMHS Neurodevelopment Service, has been named as the final Exceptional People Award winner of 2025.
Pauline joined the Trust in 2016, and her colleagues are full of praise for her, describing her as the backbone of the service. They said: “Pauline works tirelessly to support the staff, as well as to support the families waiting for our team. We are so grateful for her as a team, and we definitely would not be able to run smoothly without her.”
Upon learning that she had won the December 2025 award, Pauline said:
“My gratitude and thanks go out to all my work colleagues for being so thoughtful in considering me.
“My favourite thing about my role is collaborating with the CAMHS multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient-centred care for the community that we serve. I am truly grateful to have the privilege to be working with such a dynamic team of professionals!”
Pauline will be presented with a certificate, a gift, and our thanks for her valued service to the Trust and patients.
Every month we recognise and reward a staff member that has made a real difference to the Trust, our people and our patients. Nominations are welcome from all teams.
