Our latest Exceptional People Award winner!

Nikkita Frank

Every month, we recognise and celebrate a member of staff who has gone above and beyond to make a positive difference for our patients, colleagues and Trust. Nominations are welcome from everyone, helping us shine a light on the incredible people who make our organisation special.

Congratulations to Nikkita, our latest Exceptional People Award winner!

Nikkita joined the Trust four years ago as a bank Healthcare Assistant while studying for a nursing degree. After qualifying as a nurse, she joined the  North Kingston Integrated Recovery Hub (IRH) and has since progressed to a Band 6 Nurse , continuing to develop her skills and expertise while supporting people on their recovery journeys.

Nominated by colleagues, Nikkita was praised for the compassionate, person-centred care she provides every day. One colleague said:

“Nikkita has an exceptional ability to recognise and respond to the needs of every patient. She approaches each individual with genuine compassion, clinical insight, and an understanding of the wider context of their emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing.

“Watching her work has strengthened my own understanding of what truly holistic care looks like in practice.”

Speaking after receiving the award, Nikkita reflected on what she enjoys most about working at the Trust:

"Working at the Trust is rewarding because of the strong team spirit and shared commitment to delivering person-centred care. Being able to support people on their recovery journey, applying individualised care and knowing that every small interaction can have a positive impact is what motivates me within my role.

“This reward does not only reflect my work but also the encouragement and collaboration of the amazing people I work with.”

As our latest Exceptional People Award winner, Nikkita will receive a certificate, a gift and our sincere thanks for the outstanding contribution she makes to the Trust and the people we serve.

Congratulations, Nikkita, and thank you for everything you do.
