Join us as Clinical Director for CAMHS and All Age Eating Disorders

Proud to Belong

We're looking for an exceptional Clinical Director to lead our Child and Adolescent Mental Health and All Age Eating Disorders Service. We welcome applications from experienced clinical leaders, as well as talented senior clinicians who can demonstrate strong leadership and are ready to take the next step into a strategic leadership role.

We are committed to developing talented people and recognise that outstanding leaders come from a range of backgrounds and experiences.

Why join us now?

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of CAMHS and All Age Eating Disorders across South West London. Following the transfer of Kingston and Richmond CAMHS services into the Trust, we're creating a more integrated model of care across all five boroughs. Alongside this, we've expanded community and outreach services, invested in innovative digital therapies and are strengthening partnerships.

Our ambition

We're committed to tackling racial and health inequalities. Co-production is equally fundamental. We work alongside children, young people, people with eating disorders, families and carers to design, deliver and improve our services.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for an individual who is not just seeking a job, but an opportunity to grow and make a real impact. You will lead a complex service line, providing both strategic and operational leadership. In this role you will help shape how mental health services for children and young people and people with eating disorders are delivered across South West London for years to come.

Working alongside clinical, operational, and professional leaders, you’ll provide clinical leadership to:

  • Develop a consistent, high-quality CAMHS and Eating Disorders pathway across all boroughs.
  • Influence and deliver strategic priorities and development of CAMHS and eating disorders service.
  • Continue to develop innovative, evidence-based, and digitally enabled models of care.
  • Build outstanding multidisciplinary teams where people feel empowered and able to thrive.
  • Strengthen partnerships across health, education, local authorities, primary care, and voluntary sector.

You may already be an experienced Clinical Director or senior clinical leader, or you may have demonstrated outstanding leadership within your service and be ready to take the next step in your leadership journey.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences, particularly those who may not always see themselves reflected at senior leadership level. We also actively support neurodivergent colleagues and recognise the value of different ways of thinking, working and leading. We're committed to an inclusive recruitment process at every stage, providing reasonable adjustments and valuing different perspectives and lived experiences.
