Join our Annual Public Meeting, 9 September 2026
We are pleased to invite you to our Annual Public Meeting which takes place on Wednesday 9 September, 2026, 5:30-7:30pm.
An optional meet and greet with teas and coffees will take place at 4.30pm followed by the main meeting at 5:30pm.
The meeting will be hosted at Springfield University Hospital in Wandsworth and is open to our whole community.
What is the meeting about?
Our Annual Public Meeting provides an opportunity to reflect on our Annual Report and our achievements and challenges from the past 12 months. It will include presentations and question and answer sessions with our Board, who will be on hand to answer your questions, as well as presentations on our Trust strategy.
Summaries of our Annual Report for 2025-26 will be available on the night. An e-version will also be available to view here on our website, along with the full report.
How can I get involved?
The meeting will take place face-to-face in the Trinity building’s conference centre at Springfield Hospital. Sign up below to let us know if you'd like to join in person.

How do I get there on the night?
You can find further information on getting to us including information on parking and public transport routes, on our website. Parking is limited on site, so arriving by public transport is strongly recommended.
Head to the main reception of the Trinity building and our team will be on hand to direct you to the event space.
