Due to a change in our telephone service provider, a switchover on Tuesday 3 February 2026 means there may be disruption to some incoming calls to our Trust between 11am-5pm.
If you call us during this time and your call is ‘cut off’ (dropped) the phone line will start working again after a few seconds.
We will then call you back as quickly as we can. If there are any issues, you can also call us back on the same number. Outbound calls from us will not be affected.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for this work to take place outside main working hours, so we appreciate your understanding while these important changes take place. We apologise to our communities and partners for the disruption.
This issue will not affect our 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line which you can reach on 0800 028 8000 . You call also call NHS111 and press 2 for the mental health option, which is also unaffected by these changes.
You can find out more about how to access mental health support by visiting our website.
If you have any difficulties getting in touch, please call our Contact Centre on 0203 513 5000 .
