Help improve ADHD services in South West London
NHS South West London is asking adults who have had an ADHD assessment, or who are currently waiting for one, to share their experiences through a short survey.
They want to understand people’s experiences of:
• seeking an ADHD assessment
• waiting for assessment
• support after diagnosis.
Your feedback will help inform how ADHD services are designed and delivered in the future.
The survey takes around 10 minutes and responses are anonymous.
The survey will be open until 12 April 2026.
