About our care
Prevention of inappropriate admissions to the hospitals by providing alternative treatments to inpatient admissions to patients at their place of comfort or homes.
Who is this service for?
This service is for adults aged 18-75 who live in Sutton and those diagnosed with enduring mental illnesses, depression and anxiety.
Referrals and access
Patients cannot refer themselves to us, rather through the SPA, MHSL, inpatient wards and Psychiatric liaison services as well as the mental health community teams.
