We are a community based mental health service who see adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis or require intensive home-based support and treatment. We provide care and support in the community sometimes as an alternative to a hospital admission. This enables people that we see to stay in their own home with increased support. The crisis resolution home treatment team is a short-term service for the crisis period only.

Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams (CRHTT) are a community based mental health service who see adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis or require intensive home-based support and treatment. We provide care and support in the community sometimes as an alternative to a hospital admission. This enables people that we see to stay in their own home with increased support. Who is this service for?
Adults age 18-75 who are experiencing a mental health crisis or require intensive home-based support and treatment.
This service can support anyone experiencing a Mental Health Crisis including those with an established diagnosis and those without.
Referrals and access
We receive referrals from a variety of services including community mental health teams, assessment teams, inpatient wards and liaison psychiatry teams. We do not accept referrals directly from patients.
