Service detail

Our CMHT’s/ RST’s are for service users who are generally 75 years and over with moderate to severe mental health conditions such as mood disorders or psychotic illness, using a recovery model approach. We work closely with their carers, relatives, and social services to help facilitate joint and inclusive care planning. Referral to our CMHT’s/RST’s is usually via a service users’ GP as well as other Secondary Care providers such as geriatricians and neurologists.
