The service is for young people experiencing mental health difficulties. We complete mental health assessments and consider options for ongoing support.

Referrals and access
Professional referrals are made via the CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA) by using the E-Referrals System (GP’s only) or by completing the Merton CAMHS SPA Referral Form [docx] 74KB and sending it to MertonSPAreferrals@swlstg.nhs.uk. Professional referrals are accepted by GP’s, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
Referrals that do not use our referral form will be rejected.
We currently accept self-referrals for 16 and 17 years olds via our Merton CAMHS Self-Referral Form. [docx] 29KB
