About our care
The Kingston Primary Care Mental Health Team is a service for GPs to refer patients with mental health needs at primary care level. The service provides single assessment reviews and advice and guidance to GPs on their referrals made to the service.
This service is designed to support GPs with primary care referrals for mental health that do not require signpost to secondary care or crisis services.
Who is this service for?
Our service is for patients presenting with a mental health need which can be reviewed and managed within primary care.
Referrals and access
GPs can make referrals directly via the eRs. Referrals sent via email will not be accepted.
