This Mental Health Awareness Week (13-19 May), we are inviting our communities to find a moment for movement in Springfield Park with the help of our new park map and guide.

The combination of both drugs can cause central nervous system depression which is when the brain and nervous system slows down. If it slows down too much, it can be life-threatening.
