Junior doctors’ strikes - patient information
The British Medical Association (BMA) has announced that junior doctors will strike from 7am on Saturday 24 February to midnight on Wednesday 28 February.
Some of the junior doctors who work at our Trust will be taking part in the strike action. While we expect that most of our services will continue throughout the strikes, some clinics may be rescheduled.
Everyone who has an appointment should attend unless we have contacted you to reschedule. If we have not contacted you, please attend your appointment as planned.
The arrangements we have put in place to cover staff taking part in the industrial action may mean that your care is provided by someone different to who you would usually see.
Regardless of any strike action taking place, it is really important that you continue to come forward for care and support in the same way as usual.

Please only use 999 if it is a life-threatening or mental health emergency (when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk). Our Mental Health Crisis Line should be your first port of call if you need help urgently for your mental health, but it's not an emergency.
