Join our Annual Public Meeting, 20 September 2023
We are pleased to invite you to our Annual Public Meeting (APM), which will be held face-to-face at our Trust Headquarters, Springfield Hospital, on Wednesday 20 September 2023, from 4:30pm – 7.30pm. An optional meet and greet with teas and coffees will take place at 4.30pm followed by the main meeting at 5:30pm.
Our APM provides an opportunity to reflect on our Annual Report and our achievements and challenges from the past 12 months. The event will include updates and presentations from our Board before we take an in depth look at South West London’s new and ground breaking Mental Health Strategy which sets out the ways we will improve and support the mental health of everyone who lives, work or studies in our boroughs over the next five years. The meeting will include a Q&A session, also with our Board, who will be on hand to answer your questions which you can submit in advance (see below).
Summaries of our Annual Report for 2022-23 will be available on the night. An e-version will also be circulated beforehand and will be available to view here on our website, along with the full report.
Please click the link above to confirm your attendance and share any questions you would like to put forward for the Q&A. Further information will be shared with all attendees during w/c 11 September 2023. Information regarding how to view the meeting online will also be shared nearer the time.
The event will be hosted in the Trinity building’s conference centre providing an opportunity to visit our brand new facilities and see the world-class artworks that have been installed throughout. Overall, Trinity is part of a £150m investment as Springfield Hospital is transformed and the Trust Headquarters become part of the new ‘Springfield Village’. Opened to patients in late 2022, Trinity sits at the centre of the village and is home to a range of inpatient and outpatient services. Find out more about the transformations happening across our Trust here.
