Currently 83% of people surveyed recommend our Trust as somewhere to receive care. Whether you’re part of that group or not, your feedback matters.
Our Trust welcomes input and engagement with all our patients, carers and families to help improve our services, highlight good practice and address concerns.
Our dedicated Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is here to support everyone who uses or comes into contact with our services.
PALS acts as a confidential listening ear, helping to sort out issues, connecting you to our staff, signposting to other agencies, and promoting improvements across our services.
If you would like to speak with PALS, you can call the team on 0203 513 6150 (Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 4.30 pm) or email pals@swlstg.nhs.uk.
How did we do?
We’d love to hear from you! If one of our clinicians, or perhaps a Peer Support Worker, has made a real difference in your recovery, you can share compliments and feedback by emailing complimentsandpositivefeedback@swlstg.nhs.uk.
You can also share feedback directly with our PALS team, or complete our anonymous Feedback Live! survey. The questions on the survey have been co-produced with service users, carers and staff and is a live system. Or you may choose to leave feedback on public platforms like Care Opinion or the NHS Choices website.
Help us to help you
If you have any concerns about care the first step is to contact the person you know from the service you are using and tell them what the problem is. They can usually address any concerns you have quickly. You can also ask a member of staff to get in touch with PALS on your behalf or you can contact PALS directly.
PALS act independently when handling patient and family concerns, liaising with staff, managers and, where appropriate, relevant organisations, to get solutions as quickly as possible.
If you want to raise a complaint, simply get in touch with us and we will try to resolve it quickly as possible. You can make a complaint by sending an email to complaints@swlstg.nhs.uk or you can write directly to our Trust leadership – all the details are available online.
Good, better, best
By sharing your experiences, you help us celebrate what’s working well and identify where we can do better.
Listening to and learning from feedback not only helps us understand how we can improve our services, it ultimately ensures we can provide the highest quality care and treatment to people across South West London.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
