Community careers event – join our team
Are you passionate about making a difference in your local community? Come along to our community careers event on Friday 2 February and explore the exciting opportunities we have for you to join our team as a healthcare assistant, support worker or administrator – your journey to a fulfilling career starts here.
At the event you will have the opportunity to meet with our clinical and corporate colleagues as well as hiring managers, to find out more about working here, training and development, and the many benefits we can offer to support you and help you make the most of your skills and talents.
When: Friday 2 February, 10.30am-12.30pm (morning slot) or 1-3pm (afternoon slot)
Where: Trinity Building, Springfield University Hospital, 15 Springfield Drive, London SW17 0YF. Directions will be provided at the security desk in the entrance to the Trinity Building.

Have your interview on the day!
Experience an interview with a difference, a friendly and flexible two-way conversation. Following a successful discussion with our hiring managers, we will have the pleasure of extending job offers to participants on the day.
Participants can expect to discuss the following with our clinical and corporate hiring managers:
Relevant skills and qualifications
Can you tell us about your relevant skills, qualifications and experiences that make you a strong candidate for the position? Provide a specific example of how you have cared and looked after someone, demonstrated empathy, and applied your knowledge of mental health.
Customer service experience
Outline when you have provided a good customer service, advised over the phone, provided support and how you have communicated to support a challenging customer. Outline your experience of computer packages you may have used.
Behavioural and situational responses
Outline how you have worked collaboratively (together) with others to achieve team goals. Outline how you have demonstrated our values (respectful, open, compassionate, collaborate and consistent).

If you can see comparisons in the outline to what you may have done previously, then this is all we are asking for. You do not need to have everything listed, so please do come along if you are interested in any of the roles.
These roles are band 3 - 4, with a salary range of £27,129 – £33,116 inclusive of HCAS (Higher Cost Area Allowance).
