Celebrating our latest Exceptional People Award winner: Shernette Lawrence
Shernette Lawrence, Wandsworth Team Administrator, has been selected as our latest Exceptional People Award winner.
Shernette has been part of the team here at SWLStG for over a year and a half and has been described as someone who constantly displays all of the Trust values.
Her colleague said: “Shernette gives every single patient who comes into our service care and attention above that which is required, often going out of her way to offer teas and coffees to patients.
“Shernette is more than just a valuable member of my team, but she is also a valuable member of staff within this Trust, and I can truly say she displays all of the Trust Values on a daily basis.”
Speaking about her time at the Trust, Shernette said: “I really love working with the Wandsworth Integrated Recovery Hub as there is such a camaraderie within the team.
“It is very heartwarming to be acknowledged for just being me, supporting the team, service users of Trinity Outpatients, and Trust staff and visitors.”
Shernette will receive a certificate, a gift, and our thanks for her valued service to the Trust and patients.
