Celebrating our latest Exceptional People Award winner: Felicia Oyeneyin
Felicia Oyeneyin has been named as the October 2024 winner of the Trust’s Exceptional People Award.
Felicia, a Nursing Associate on Halswell Ward, has worked at the Trust since 2017 and has become a key member of the team – earning plenty of praise.
Her colleagues said: “Felicia is a dedicated member of staff whom we can rely on during crises in the ward. She is always readily available to assist, is selfless, and strives to ensure that all patients under her care receive the support they need.
“Not only this, but she is always on top of the medications used by each patient which has been extremely helpful to both the ward and the pharmacy.”
Felicia was delighted to hear that she had been selected as the winner of the October Exceptional People Award, saying: “My favourite thing about working at the Trust is the supportive and collaborative environment. It’s incredibly rewarding to work alongside such dedicated colleagues and to know that we make a meaningful difference with the work that we do.
“I am truly honoured and grateful to be recognised with this award. It’s a wonderful feeling to know that my efforts are appreciated, and I feel inspired to continue supporting the Trust and its mission to provide exceptional care.”
Felicia will receive a certificate, a gift, and our thanks for her valued service to the Trust and patients.
