Ann Beasley CBE to continue as Trust Chair

We are delighted to announce that Ann Beasley CBE will continue as Trust Chair for a further two years, following an extension of her tenure to 30 September 2026.

Ann is a Kingston resident and, prior to the joining the Trust, had a long and distinguished career in the public sector which included senior roles at the Ministry of Justice, National Offender Management Service and Metropolitan Police Service. Ann also has a wealth of experience as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee within the charity and NHS sector, having been Chair of Trustees for the Alzheimer’s Society.

Ann said: "I am delighted and honoured to lead the Board of this outstanding organisation alongside its dedicated, compassionate and caring workforce. Together, we are committed to Making Life Better Together, embodying a shared vision of high quality, inclusive and accessible mental health services for everyone in South West London.

“Now is a really exciting time for the Trust. Through our innovative Better Communities programme we are working hand-in-hand with our patients, carers and partners to transform our care and environments, breaking down mental health stigma and placing our hospitals and community services at heart of the communities we serve.”
