The ICST is a sub team of the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). It operates seven days per week between the hours of 9am and 5pm, 365 days a year. ICSTs offer short term intensive care, support, and treatment to older adults, usually 75+, with functional mental health conditions or complications of dementia, in their own homes when people are in crisis, with the aim to prevent admission to hospital.

Ages 75+ and a resident of the Borough of Sutton.
Referrals and access
Referral is to the CMHT via GP and eRS.
