We are a community based support service which helps people better manage their mental health problems regardless of their diagnosis. We provide support groups on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and an intro group on Fridays. These happen at different community venues that have good links to public transport.
When you contact us you will be given information about the groups in your borough. After you have contacted us, you will be invited to come to your first group where we will tell you about the way SUN groups work.

About our care
The SUN Service is a service for people who experience emotional and behavioural difficulties, sometimes referred to as personality disorder.
We aim to help people feel less isolated and overwhelmed by emotions or problems. We also try and help people to learn better coping skills and reduce harmful behaviours such as self injury, drug and alcohol use.
The SUN Service runs groups in local communities where people meet with others to give and receive support and practical help and advice.
Once you are a member you can come to as many or as few groups as you want, it’s up to you. If you want to have a break that’s fine, you are always welcome to come back when you are ready.
