Rowena Creagh, a member of our Wandsworth Admin team, has been named as the final Exceptional People Award winner of 2024.
Rowena joined the Trust in September and the extent of support that she has offered in such a short amount of time has already greatly impressed her colleagues. They said: “Rowena is always approachable, non-judgemental and friendly to our Forensic Outreach Service staff and patients. There is still much stigma with forensic patients, so it’s refreshing to see this approach and it really deserves recognition”.
Upon learning that she had won the award, Rowena said:
I am delighted just to have been nominated for this award, let alone win! It is a privilege to work at the Outpatients Clinic with so many wonderful people and feels very special to be recognised in this way. The thing I enjoy most about my role is meeting so many different people on a daily basis. I am lucky to work alongside my amazing colleagues in the Wandsworth Admin team, helping to ensure that our service users receive the same level of care that we would like to receive ourselves.
Rowena will be presented with a certificate, a gift, and our thanks for her valued service to the Trust and patients.
Every month we recognise and reward a staff member that has made a real difference to the Trust, our people and our patients. Nominations are welcome from all teams.
